Who — is 5g for? Everyone! This is a great time to get to know new people, and reconnect with old friends. It’s a great opportunity to get away with your small group in a unique way. It’s also a good chance to invite friends who may be open to checking out NPC.
Where? — Brookwoods Conference Center at Camp Brookwoods and Deer Run, in Alton New Hampshire, is the ideal place to enjoy the outdoors while having all the amenities that we all love (like nice warm showers!) Brookwoods has over 300 acres of beautiful land complete with a spectacular waterfront where God paints the most amazing sunsets each night.
What — is included? 2 nights lodging, 5 meals, and all the fun you can imagine. Past 5g’s have offered sailing, canoeing, water skiing, tubing, crazy relays, bonfires on the beach, worship times, talent show, s’mores galore, ultimate frisbee, tennis, hikes, knitting circles, picnics, did we mention s’mores and bonfires, sunsets, stargazing, and LOTS of laughter. There’s a good balance of programmed time and free time, and activities are designed for all ages to participate.
Why? — Because 5g is an amazing and unique way for us to connect to each other outside of Sunday mornings. Because it’s a great time to connect as a family. Because the space and place give you a chance to see God at work in His creation and in His people.
Extra Credit — Why do we call it 5g? Ask one of our 5g Team this question and more. This year’s awesome team includes: Mike & Michelle Amante, Meghan Martin, Peter Hynes, Kim MacLeod, Jen Fitzroy, Jeff & Bethany Carnes and Kevin & Debbie Campbell.
