Through creating SupportONE wrap-around teams, we seek to provide holistic support to foster families and other families with needs at NCC. That way we match up your strengths and gifts to best meet the needs of these great families. Can you see yourself stepping into one of these roles?
1 LEAD
Administrative and/or shepherding gifts
3 CAREGIVERS
Babysitting, child transportation, respite, mentoring
2 HELPERS
Provide a meal, laundry support, do the lawn, 'doers'
1 ENCOURAGER
Ensure family feels 'seen' & loved in various creative ways
